The mission of the Merrimack Valley Amateur Radio Association, Inc. shall be to enhance emergency communication infrastructure and preparedness within southern New Hampshire and surrounding areas. The club will also provide communication support during local community events such as road races and parades. This will be accomplished by deploying, maintaining, and operating amateur radio communication hardware; as well as providing comprehensive training in all aspects of emergency communications. This communication infrastructure and support will assist local municipalities, hospitals, health departments, and disaster relief services, during emergencies within southern New Hampshire.
The club will promote community service, team building, and foster a strong knowledge base in emergency radio communications.
We are an IRS approved 501(c)3 public charity and registered as a Non-profit corporation in the State of New Hampshire. Our registered trade name is MVARA.

We also accept donations of functioning radio equipment, such as HF transceivers, 2m/70cm transceivers, 2.4 GHz AREDN capable routers, 5 GHz AREDN capable routers, and DC power supplies to name of few.
